Pressure Grouting

Pressure grouting is normally specified after mechanical jacking.  Grouting is not normally required unless the slab deflects substantially as it is lifted.

If your project requires soil compaction or other forms of specialty grouting please contact our offices for further information.

Hire an Engineer

Before undertaking any foundation repair or extensive drainage correction you should hire a registered professional engineer to evaluate the problem and formulate a plan of repair.  The engineer will be your representative and will insure that the work is done properly.

Grouting During Drought
Underslab  void grouting should never be done during a prolonged drought when the foundation is constructed on expansive soils.  If the void is filled and the soils then expand with subsequent rainfall the foundation will be lifted beyond desired elevations.

Hire an Experienced Grouting Contractor
Improper grouting can severely damage your foundation.  Make sure your grouting contractor is experienced.
